- The total time for each presentation session will be 3 hours (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM);
- The first 10 minutes will be used for monitors to save the files of the papers to be presented in the session to the computer available in the room;
- Authors will organize a presentation of no more than 10 minutes and are free to decide how many people will participate, as long as this time limit is respected;
- After the presentations, the remaining time will be used for discussion between the papers. This activity will be facilitated by the presentation session coordinators;
- We provide a template file, which authors can use to organize their presentation;
- The presentation file must be in PDF format;
- We also ask that the file be brought on a flash drive, as it is not possible to guarantee internet availability in all rooms used for the activity.
